Kindred Care Healthcare Staffing Platform

Overview

Kindred Care is a healthcare staffing and support platform designed to connect care providers with qualified professionals while maintaining a human centered approach. The goal of this project was to create a trustworthy, accessible, and conversion focused digital experience for both healthcare organizations and caregivers.

Problem

Healthcare providers often struggle with:

Staffing shortages
Inefficient hiring processes
Lack of reliable, qualified caregivers

At the same time, caregivers face:

Limited access to flexible job opportunities
Complicated onboarding processes
Poor communication with agencies

The existing digital experience in this market is often outdated, impersonal, and difficult to navigate.

Solution

We designed a modern, intuitive platform that simplifies the connection between caregivers and healthcare organizations while emphasizing trust, compassion, and efficiency.

Key focuses:

Clear value proposition above the fold
Seamless job discovery and application flow
Strong trust signals (testimonials, certifications, human imagery)
Mobile first, accessible design
